Small toy with three 20mm LEDs.
Three 20mm Kingbright LED-"Lamps" (reichelt.de order code "LED 20MM OR" and "LED 20MM GN") are driven in PWM-mode with "smooth" fade in and fade out. There are six LEDs in each lamp connected internally as an array of 2 colums with 3 LEDs in a row. The controller is an ATMEL ATmega8, firmware is done with avr-gcc/avr-libc. Power supply from a "wall-wart" thru two regulators for VCC (5V) and LEDs (>6V). "High" current switches are BS170 N-Channel MosFETs - one for each LED-Array.
